Changes

  • Added README.md: short project overview, run instructions, CI/CD, code health + scorecard.
  • Added LICENSE: AGPL-3.0.
  • .gitignore: ignore .desloppify/.
  • .gitea/workflows/ci.yml: new health job (Ubuntu, Python 3.12, desloppify scan --profile ci --path src, scorecard artifact upload, continue-on-error).

Notes

  • The scan targets src/ so CI stays comparable with the scorecard in the README.
  • The scorecard is generated (not suppressed) so the upload step publishes a real artifact.
  • Health check never blocks the build (continue-on-error).
